Introducing the Racer-X holster, which brings the improved performance of the Alpha-X hanger assembly to the Racer holster, while maintaining its attractive, affordable price point.
The all-new Racer-X hanger utilizes the same type of ball joint and rail system from the Alpha-X, attaching directly to the side of the holster body, eliminating the long vertical rod and the use of grub-screws to lock the ball joint. This improves the holster’s stability, rigidity and ability to make minute adjustments. The lower part of the belt hanger is so similar in design to the Alpha-X, that the optional thigh pad from the Alpha-X can be used on the Racer-X as well.
The Racer-X Holster uses the same patented quick release and secure retention system that the Race Master and Alpha-X lines utilize, but without the aluminum body and interchangeable blocks. In the Racer-X Holster, the insert block itself is the body. This saves dramatically on production costs while not compromising on performance. You do, however, lose the ability to swap out insert blocks for various gun types.
The Racer-X’s aluminum hanger is slimmed down but still offers the same wide range of adjustments and secure firm lock up of the Alpha-X Holster.
The new Racer-X hanger assembly represents a massive improvement on the older Racer hanger design. The new hanger, mimics the extremely successful Alpha-X holster design, improving the ball-joint lock up and adjustability, the vertical adjustment as well as allowing for the holster to detach.
While a thigh pad is not included as standard, the Racer-X holster is designed to work with the same optional thigh Pad offered with the Alpha-X.

A custom made handy little steel punch tool, designed to make removing the rolls pins quick and easy. Should you need to remove a link, or wish to insert another, removing the roll pin can be difficult without a punch tool.
With this little tool, the task is easy, and being compact and lightweight lets you leave it in your range bag tool kit.

The Mr. Bulletfeeder dropper is gravity powered. When the case retracts, the inner dropper tube retracts with it, and the steel balls in the die move into place and close under the next bullet, ensuring only one bullet is released.
That is how it is designed to function, and how it does normally function – provided the dropper is free and clear and able to drop quickly, as designed, with the retracting case.
However, in some cases, the feeding tube spring adds side tension onto the dropper head (an issue more common on those machines where the toolhead moves up and down), or the dropper body may make contact with a close by die, creating friction that does not allow the dropper to move smoothly and quickly enough. Resulting in an occasional 2nd bullet falling out the dropper onto the shell plate.
The Mr.BF Dropper-Tensioning Spring Assembly is now available to resolve this problem for those experiencing it.

Conversion kits are available allowing you to use your Mr. Bulletfeeder by Double-Alpha for more than just one caliber. Many reloaders have a second complete tool head for their 2nd caliber of choice, voiding the need to reset the dies.
To make the transition easy, the Mr. Bulletfeeder by Double-Alpha conversion kits includes a complete dropper assembly, a custom powder funnel (for pistol calibers) and a new collator plate for the caliber of choice. This will allow you to switch your bullet feeder from one caliber to the next in a matter of minutes.
The spring output tube securely attaches to the top of the dropper by means of the Spring Adaptor Cap, which attaches and disconnects easily from the top of the dropper. The inner threading grips the coils of the spring firmly, preventing any chance of it coming loose during operation, and allowes a quick transition from one dropper to the next.
Please note: All pistol calibers use the same output tube, lead spring and spring adaptor cap. So this assembly is not included in the conversion kit –as you will not need a second one when changing pistol calibers.
The rifle calibers too share the same output assembly, and so when converting from 223 to 308, the same output assembly is used.
However – if you intend to buy a conversion kit to convert a rifle unit to a pistol caliber, you must purchase the output assembly required, in addition to the conversion kit
The expanding powder funnel supplied is for the Dillon reloading machines only (no expansion powder funnel is included with the rifle calibers) not compatible with other brands. To use with the LnL press, you will need to purchase their expanding powder funnel separately.
The 2018 Hanger Assembly for the Mr.Bulletfeeder by DAA ships as standard with all new units leaving DAA as of Jan 2018.
Should you wish to upgrade your current hanger assembly (the one with the round Delrin pucks and aluminum rods) you can do so by purchasing this new hanger separately. It is reverse-compatible with all previous Mr.Bulletfeeder by DAA units.
The new hanger is a simplified design, which makes assembly and adjustments to the tilt angle easier and faster to make. The Horizontal aluminum bracket clamps directly onto the motor gear box, allowing for easy assembly on either the left or the right side of the collator, to accommodate your specific position mounting needs.
The vertical piece hangs over the side of your case feeder, and connects to the horizontal bracket by means of a large M8 bolt, which can be loosened and rotated for tilt adjustments.
Sturdy attachment to the collator, a simplified design with fewer parts, thick aluminum profiles and way fewer screws make this hanger simpler and easier to setup and adjust.
Note: Machine NOT included - only Hanger.
