The DAA Extra-Short Dillon Powder Bar was developed to meet a specific need, created with the introduction of the Dillon XL750 press: In the 750, the Dillon Powder Measure is angled such that the powder bar must extend directly over station #4 in the toolhead, and it cannot be repositioned. This Is not an issue if you have a short die in that station. However, if you wish to run a powder check in station #3, and a bullet dropper in station #4, as many do, this creates a serious problem. The original Dillon Powder Bar is too long, and it will extend and impact the bullet dropper in station #4, preventing correct function.
In order to resolve this problem, we designed an innovative extra-short powder bar that shortens the extension range towards station #4 by a full 30mm (1.15”), resolving the issue. When fully extended, our charge bar stops short of contacting a Mr.Bulletfeeder Dropper or Mini Mr.BF tube assembly.
The charge capacity of the Extra-Short bar is approx.. 95% of the Original Dillon small charge bar.
This design does require the use of a 2.5mm Allen key (not included) to adjust the powder charge, and the Click-Adjustable screw has 12 clicks per rotation for precise charge setting.

The unique retention system that all DAA pouches utilize has made the Racer Pouch a very popular choice for competition shooters worldwide. However, to make it suitable for IDPA use, some changes and new features were required.
The IDPA Racer Pouch utilizes the same tested and proven Racer Pouch body on an entirely new hanger that allows the slide-onto-belt functionality required for IDPA competitors. The hanger is designed to position the pouch closer to the body, making it suitable for IDPA, but also with an eye to the carry and self-defense markets.
The thumb-adjustable wheel is removed to meet the IDPA rules. Tension adjustment is still possible by means of a pressure screw that can be turned with a hex key, accessed from the back of the pouch body.
The IDPA Racer Hanger is ideal for threading onto medium to thick belts with a width ranging from 1.5” to 2.25” (39 mm to 57 mm), using a set of included click-in spacers. For each belt width use the appropriate spacers to get a solid and secure fit.
Interchangeable pouch inserts allow you to go from larger 2011 mags to smaller CZ/Tan mags. A third pressure spacer is included for Glock and M&P mags. A single stack spacer is also available as an accessory.

These IDPA pouches are designed to be used on IDPA legal leather belts, not on Velcro inner/outer belt systems as used in IPSC, which are not legal for IDPA use.
It is very difficult to install these pouches onto our Premium belt, as they are not designed for use on that belt. It is not a recommended combination.
The pouch is completely ambidextrous, allowing easy mounting for left-handed or right-handed users. You can even mount the pouch at 90 degrees away from the body if you prefer “bullet-out” carry (not legal for IDPA use). You can adjust for tilt in very small steps, allowing you to find your preferred angle. Once the correct angle is set and the center screw tightened, the serrations in the connector piece lock up, preventing any rotation of the pouch until the center screw is loosened several turns.
How to order the correct number of links: Wear your current inner belt (if you don’t have one – use any thin belt). Use a flexible tape-measure (or string) to measure your waist circumference on top of the inner belt....

The optional DAA Lynx Belt Ratchet Buckle system provides several benefits over the standard, compact Lynx buckle. The ratchet mechanism permits a greater range of length adjustability, allowing for easier compensation for changes in clothing tucked under the belt. Additionally, it allows for quick loosening and tightening of the belt between stages, making it convenient to quickly tighten when moving to the shooting line, and loosen while waiting.
The DAA Lynx Belt Ratchet Buckle comes with two black links that have been pre-drilled and attached to the buckle and strap using steel threaded inserts. The buckle itself is constructed from a combination of steel and aluminum parts for superior strength and durability. The 23mm wide rubber strap offers a 16cm range of length adjustability.
We suggest wearing the buckle at the front, between the holster and the first pouch, with the rubber strap's tail extending towards the pouches. The strap can be shortened if desired, and if you wish to reverse the buckle's direction, you can do so by disassembling the screws and reassembling them in reverse orientation.
The Ratchet Buckle does not include the bag of pins required to assemble your Lynx Belt. If you are purchasing this Ratchet without having purchased the original Lynx Buckle, remember to order the pins you will need for belt assembly!
